When art reconnects you with nature....
Each time I gaze at Sandrine´s painting, the world seems to pause in serene stillness. I´m enveloped by a deep sense of calm, as if the soul were breathing in sinc with Nature. The piece is more than an image - i´ts a silent invitation to reconnect with the essential, to return to the origin.
This painting doesn´t decorate. This painting transforms.

La pintura de Sandrine está en un espacio de trabajo. Los colores vivos dan luz al ambiente, creando un entorno amigable y relajado, en un lugar que suelo estar muchas horas por trabajo.
Suelo apreciarlo mientras me conecto a las distintas conferencias. Es siempre una compañia amigable.

L'opera mi ha colpito per i ricordi di viaggi di una mia vita ormai passata...
Due anni fa ho conosciuto Sandrine, un'artista di talento ma soprattutto una persona buona, sensibile e carinissima. Ho acquistato un suo dipinto, un ritratto di un uomo che si ripara dal sole con un ombrello, su una spiaggia bellissima. L'opera mi ha colpito non solo per la bellezza dei tratti e la bravura dell'artista ma soprattutto per i ricordi di viaggi di una mia vita ormai passata, di una persona che ho amato tanto e che purtroppo non è più con me ma che, sono sicura, mi sorride dalla sua nuvola. Ho appeso il quadro a casa, sulla parete, vicino ad altri nostri ricordi, che niente e nessuno potrà mai cancellare. Grazie Sandrine, per tutto questo e per essere come sei.

Ce tableau m’évoque la douceur et la lumière du sud que j'affectionne...
On peut se dire que la vieille dame assise est une grande mère qui habite une maison de village qui coule des jours paisibles. Le ciel n’est pas présent mais le bleu utilisé par Sandrine fait penser qu’il s'agit d’une belle fin de journée.

Ogni volta che observo questo quadro, mi sembra di essere ad Alassio sul balcon di casa....
Da piú di 50 anni questa villa è li circondate di piante secolamni, aclune verde scuro, altre più chiare, altre argentate. Piante che nascondono cicale di giorno e grilli di sera. Guardando il quadro me sembra quasi di sentirli. Villa che ha fatto da sfondo tante foto di famiglia!

Friends - Their impression
It’s very subjective to describe a very close Friend and even more, an Artist.
The best is to start with my first encounter with Sandrine: A Drawing workshop. Spontaneous and very warm contact. A young woman, smiling, open, very neat and attentive, rather outgoing. She occupies the space with a certain appearance of self-confidence.
Very solar. In society you cannot miss it! She draws LIGHT.
Then as our friendship progresses, I discover her extreme sensitivity, applied, concentrated, thoughtful with a lot of intuition, surprising endurance and tenacity towards the goal to be achieved. A fine curiosity for the people and the world around her. Then her doubts, her fears and internal fragility.
And here is our light which reveals its darker side.
LIGHT and SHADOW Just what is essential to express yourself on canvas.
Passionate about traveling, she tells us about her feelings, her perception of the present moment thanks to well-chosen photos. Then she throws feelings, emotions, memories in very colorful paintings.
Landscapes, encounters with persons who immortalize themselves on living, delicate, moving canvases that never leave indifferent. Sunsets, seaside, mountains, scenes of life as many themes evocative of hier happiness to live somewhere on our Planet. Art and Travel inseparable from awareness and understanding of life.
Her palette and style are refined, intensified and asserted over time.

Rapid outline, strong shading, intense amalgamation of colours but overall a deep eye …. Sandrine is like that, sunshine shines in the canvas as in her photographies even if it is rarely present; the light envelops all from the researched perspective while the focal point emerged as in a scenography.
The joy of life is real, sometimes flattened in the obscurity of a sunset, sometimes explosive in an impressionist nature; however, the orientation is usually original, not trivialized by the absence of energy or refinement.
The emotive framework is clear, the nature prevails, the architecture of faith, obscure and contoured, is a panorama that serves to bring out the colours of heart.
I remain to look into her pictures and canvas and what I continue to admire is “light”.
