All artworks and designs are the intellectual property of Sandrine Charraut and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without permission.
Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
Product availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
All purchases are final unless damaged in transit (see return policy below).
By completing your order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-4 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 7-10 business days.

Collectors are responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.

All sales of original artwork are final.
Returns are accepted only in the case of damage during shipping.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please email us at sandrine.charraut.art@gmail.com, within 14 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the artwork and packaging so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

Prints are non-returnable, except in cases of damage.
If your print was damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
