We are not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How are the paintings shipped?

Is shipping free for the painting?

Packaging and Shipping Times ?

Packaging and Shipping Times: All products are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. The shipping times are as follows:

• Europe: 15 business days

• Rest of the world: 21 business days

Loss or damage during shipping

In case of any damage, please send a photo to sandrine.charraut.art@gmail.com within the first few days of delivery.

All artworks are shipped with tracking to ensure full transparency. In the event of non-delivery, as confirmed by the courier’s tracking system, every effort will be made to resolve the issue.

If the package is confirmed as lost and undelivered, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued. This is the maximum support that can be offered, given the unique and non-replicable nature of the artworks.
